9/1/2018 - The water meters for the community have been ordered. Installation will begin within the next two weeks and once started will take place over the next 30 – 45 days. A notification with the exact start date will be given once provided by the vendor.
Please complete the Brookview Resident Registration Form located on the Resource Page and return via email to info4brookview@gmail.com by July 31, 2017. The Resident Registration form will be used to capture updated Brookview Community records and Gate Access codes. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the HOA Board via email.
Brookview's Violations & Fines Policy has been finalized and posted on the Resource page for review. The Board encourages all Homeowners and Residents to read and adhere to the policy to avoid associated fines and penalties.
Community trash pick-up is scheduled on Wednesdays. In the event trash is picked up prior to 8am, please ensure your trash bins are placed on the curbs on Tuesday evenings and properly stored in your garage with 24 hours after pick-up.
Concrete and sidewalk repair was performed on the corner of Slate Stone & Blackstone Pl on Friday, 3/24. Please avoid parking/walking near this area until construction cones have been removed.
Effective 3/1/2017, all HOA assessments will be late if not received by the 15th of the month (vs. 25th). To avoid any late fee penalties, please update your payment process accordingly.
Effective 3/1/2017, PO Solutions will manage Brookview's property management needs & services.
The annual community meeting/budget review has been scheduled for 2/1/2017 at 6pm at South Cobb Community Center.

Ruppert Landscape Management will manage all of the community's landscaping and lawn maintenance needs as of July 1, 2016.
If you notice any water leaks in the community, please report them to the Property Manager and/or Board of Directors immediately by clicking here. Be sure to include the location and any other pertinent details about the leak. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
